M-Tac Soft Shell Winter Pants. Soft Shell material combines the thermal insulation and breathability properties of fleece with the wind and moisture resistance and strength of an outer layer. The outer surface blocks the wind and the inner layer of fabric wicks away excess moisture. It is used as a top layer in the passing season and winter. For extra comfort during cold times of the year, the manufacturer has added a fleece lining.
