The change from 20° (optimal sharpening angle for kitchen knives) to 25° (outdoor and pocket knives) is done in a very short time and offers maximum flexibility. A leather finish on the guide prevents unwanted scratches on the blade. The new Edge Guide allows quick and effortless sharpening to the tip of the blade. Thanks to the flexible sharpening belts, the sharpener easily masters even the most difficult blade shapes and bevels (e.g. serrated). The powerful two-speed belt motor provides more control when resharpening and adapts to the requirements of different blade types at the touch of a button.
